Mount Dora (WTFF) – A Florida man was arrested Thursday after he reportedly threw spaghetti at his mom and pushed her over a wall.

It was around 3 am when a Mount Dora police officer answered the emergency call.

The corporal spoke to the victim, the mother of a Florida man.

She told the police that her son Brandon Ogden was staying at her home tonight. He stayed there because his grandfather, with whom he lived, filed an injunction against him.

According to the affidavit, the 26-year-old Idaho native of Florida stole ten dollars from his mother and left the house earlier that evening. He came back later and his mom cooked him spaghetti because he was “calm and collective.”

He then “got angry” when his mom mentioned the stolen money. She also told the police that her son had “quit heroin and behaved irrationally.”

“Then Brandon threw spaghetti on his mother and“ pushed her over the wall, ”causing a small laceration.

He told her that “demons were in his head, forcing him to attack her.”

She went into another room and locked him.

The bewildered creature then “knocked down the door” and took away all of his belongings, which probably don’t matter much. He ran on foot.

The cops found him “sitting in a trailer” on his mom’s grounds and arrested him.

In pre-trial detention, Brandon said he was not sure “why his mother was using him as a punching bag,” and also stated that “there were problems in the house and that his mother was in the process of being evicted.”

In his version of the story, he cooked spaghetti for his mom.

She told him about the “tarot card” he stole, said the Florida man, and he was “surprised” because he didn’t even look “like he was playing with tarot cards.”

A syringe, a silver spoon, a pouch and a bottle of medicine full of pills were found under the trailer on which he was sitting during his arrest. When asked about these found items, he “muttered something about the needle” and said about the bag: “It could have been a long time ago, but he did not know.”
