The inmate was charged with a battery in addition to existing charges of violation of probation, battery inflicted on a law enforcement officer, and large carjacking.

LAND ABOUT LAKE, Florida. The 23-year-old inmate received new charges Tuesday after MPs said he sprayed urine from two other inmates.

The Pascoe County Sheriff’s Office reported that Alexander Cade used a spray bottle filled with urine to attack two other inmates.

The first victim was standing in her cell at the Land O’Lakes detention center with the gates closed when Cade sprayed the liquid, hitting the prisoner in the face and on his uniform shirt. The second victim was also inside his cell with the gate closed when the liquid was sprayed on him.

The sheriff’s office said both victims said the liquid smelled like urine and asked to press charges against Cade.

The MPs said that Kade’s actions were also recorded on surveillance video of the prison.

Cade was charged with a battery by a prison inmate on a detainee / visitor.

In November 2018, Cade was initially sent to prison on charges of violating probation, beating a law enforcement officer, committing a serious crime, fleeing, and major car theft.
