A Florida man was arrested in Illinois on February 15 after allegedly dumping an old toilet at the Board of Education building in East St. Louis.

Dave Toliver, 36, is accused of bringing an old toilet into a government building and then throwing it through the building’s front glass, according to the East St. Louis Police Department. The officers who responded to the scene were told that Toliver escaped by throwing the toilet.

Toliver was found on the corner of 11th Street, while Cleveland was sitting in another old toilet and was arrested. Two days later, the St. Clair County Attorney’s Office charged Toliver with a felony in a property damage case, according to the Miami Herald.

The 36-year-old was booked Tuesday at St. Clair County Jail on $ 10,000 bail. He is due to appear in court on Friday for a preliminary hearing and again on February 26 for a bond review. Court records show Toliver is also charged with resisting arrest during the February 5 incident.
