MIAMI (CBS Miami). On Wednesday, a 58-year-old man was arrested and charged with masturbation when he looked out the bedroom windows and left used condoms in front of those windows.
Jorge Godoy is accused of voyeurism, stalking, robbery and sexual exposure.

According to a sworn statement of arrest, on August 29, the woman was changing her clothes when she spotted a man baring his penis in a house on Southeast 101 Avenue that she shares with her mother.
“She saw him looking out my window and he was masturbating and she came into the house and said, ‘Mom, there is a man at your window,’ the victim told CBS 4 News.
She said that her daughter is now living with her grandmother because she was afraid to stay at home.
When he was shown a photograph of Godoy, the victim immediately recognized him.
On another occasion, a woman was walking out of the shower in her bedroom when she noticed that the blinds were partially open. Going to the window, she met face to face with a man standing outside the window.
That night, a woman in a house on 101st Avenue SW said she watched the man look out the window of her daughter’s bedroom.
Two days later, on 1 September, a witness driving past this girl’s house saw the man look through her window again.
